The concept of entrepreneurship has been romanticised.


The world is awash with content that proliferates the idea of "escaping" a corporate job, hated boss, rat race, daily grind or some other version of being trapped, for the conquest of the four-hour work week and creating a lifestyle business that runs itself within a few years so the "entrepreneur" can relax on an island hammock.
